- is it possible to sell in this way?
- how long will the registration take (what documents are needed)?
- where is the reg.ru office located in Kyiv?

If you are "transferred a domain to your account", then this means that the domain is simply transferred to your account and the owner does not change. That is, you will only manage it (delegate and turn it off), and you will not be able to change the owner (sell the domain) in the future, even if you provide documents, because initially the domain was not re-registered for you.
