How to select cells in Excel that contain one of the specified words?

How to select cells in Excel that contain one of the specified words? Or maybe in another program.
Right now, through "conditional formatting" you can select one word or just a sequence of letters. How to do the same, only if you need to search for not one word, but several, so as not to manually enter each time?
Here is an example:
Vasya Pupkin
Vasya Ivanov
Ivan Ivanov
Ivan Nikitin
Petr Bystrov
Igor Akinfeev
Vasily Pushkin
Mikhail Lermontov
Here it is necessary to single out all "Vasiliev" and "Ivanov". There are two words, you can do it manually. But when out of a hundred, it is a very long time.

Conditional formatting. Specify the condition - the definition of matching words and how to arrange the cell in case of a match.
