How to select an operating system to boot remotely over the network?

Tell me if it is possible to somehow remotely choose which system to boot on a remote computer? There is a small PC on which 3 operating systems are installed windows xp, windows 7 and Linux, are there any software ways to select the boot of the operating system? If there are only windows, there are no special problems, you can choose which system to boot into in windows before rebooting, but the question is that there is also Linux, the bootloader, which is loaded earlier. Interested in some preloaders with network access?

There is pxelinux, it can make a boot console over the network.
Also, both grub and lilo have mechanisms for choosing what to load on the next reboot.

GRUB can configure network via DHCP and get settings via DHCP Option 150:

some servers have a separate interface for managing
DELL: iDRAC allows you to at least install an OS or turn on a
Supermicro server: ipmi-interface is almost the same
there are ip-kvm switches for some money and rack space. also a handy thing) in fact this is a standard Kvm switch , but with its own network interface and access from outside
