Accounting base access to resources?

Good afternoon, dear Khabrovites!
Situation: a growing company and a large number of resources where a person is given access as he works.
Keeping track of user accounts becomes very difficult.
Is there some kind of software that can perform the following functions:
1) maintaining a database of users in the form of full name, login, access to 1,2,3,4,5 resources.
2) The ability to unsubscribe somewhere to the manager with a request to open access to the user there or here.
3) saving accordingly this history of requests.
4) at least some kind of authorization procedure for recording is desirable (it would be very good - integration with AD)
SharePoint or just a data file comes to mind.
Is there anything else?
Ability to deploy the system on both Windows and Linux

If there is integration with AD, then it is more logical to organize access at the group level.
An elementary script on the powershell can display the resources that the user is given
