How to enable wake on USB for wireless mouse?

Wake-up on USB/PS2/LAN is enabled in BIOS.
Of these, only wake-up on LAN (Wake on lan) works.

In addition to the settings in BIOS, you also need to enable power to PS / 2 and USB in the off state on the motherboard with a jumper. Like this:
