How to select addresses without house numbers using regular expressions?

There is such an address format:

How to select from this entire list only those addresses in which there is no house number?
those. so that only the 2nd element of the list remains. Many thanks in advance for your help.

I guess to weed out those addresses that end in a number (and possibly numbers + a letter, since some houses may have a number like 99a).
