How to select 15 rows through 15 in Excel?

There is some data in three columns and many rows.
It is necessary to choose from them every 15 through 15. i.e. 15 selected, 15 missed.
In the internet I find there the choice of even-odd is acceptable, but there it is quite confusingly offered, but all this is a choice on one line.

I found a solution using a third-party extension - XLTools - there is a free version and it has a function - Repeat Selection - let's select lines from 16 to 30 and click - we get just selected every 15. The only thing you need to look at is the range of lines - if it is not completely divisible by 15 , then the last rows may not be selected.

Try it with the SHIFT() function
