How to see what the program sends to the Internet?

Hey!
I recently worked with network in chrome, from the developer console. I watched what requests were coming from chrome, and repeated them in the requests python library.
And now I'm wondering what programs such as telegram Desktop, pycharm, Counter strike even send :)
I saw people also repeated requests from CS 1.6, and made it online through the browser.
Therefore, I really want to repeat something like this.
What utilities are there for viewing not only connected ip (I have already seen such), but also for viewing outgoing data? Or maybe some python library.
Roughly speaking, what goes from the computer to the LAN cable and to the Internet.
Thank you!

Wireshark, CommView, two of the best software for win for capturing and analyzing traffic, with a huge number of ready-made plugins for specific protocols, etc.
