How to see the time of sending/delivery/reading in telegram?

We use WhatsApp at work - it helps a lot to see the time of sending, delivery and reading the message. I really want to switch to telegram, since you can put it on an iPad, etc.
After reading the message by the addressee, the sending time disappears. Does anyone know where you can find the function or how to tape it?

The sending time is always displayed in the client: i.imgur.com/qzHbLLw.png
The delivery time is always ~equal to the sending time, if there is Internet at the time of sending and the Telegram servers are not overloaded (very rarely). Read
time is not supported in Telegram API. Theoretically, you can make a client that would record the time of arrival of the "second tick" (mark_read from the interlocutor) and show this time to the user. This is custom functionality, not intended by the Telegram API. I have not yet met a client with such a feature.
