How to see CallerID?

Hey!

Can you please tell me how to see CALLERID in the extension if the call was not made from a phone (softphone), but initiated by AMI, a script? In this case ${CALLERID(num)} is empty.

well, you need to pass it to the AMI or the script in the "CallerID:" field
