How to secure Dokuwiki on timeweb shared hosting?

I installed Dokuwiki on the above hosting, went to the settings and it says that there are security problems, and a link is given on how to fix everything: https://www.dokuwiki.org/start?id=ru:security
I do everything according to the instructions , but the check file yourserver.com/dokuwiki/data/pages/wiki/dokuwiki.txt is still available from the internet.
Talking to technical support, I found out that: "Due to the technical features of our hosting, static files, for example, with the .txt extension, are processed by the Nginx web server, and the Apache web server directives specified in the .htaccess file do not work for them."
Further communication did not lead to anything good, except for the suggestion to use vds.
Therefore, the essence of the question is: is it possible to correct the situation with .htaccess tools?

No, if it's not possible to edit the Nginx configuration files.
In your case, Nginx serves the file without the knowledge of Apache.
.htaccess - Apache web server configuration file.
