I tried to set up 2-factor authorization on DokuWiki - nothing happened: the form window with the QR code does not pop up.
My difference from the standard installation is that the "data" folder is located above the "document-root" directory.

The plugin's official page says:
"If on a debian system - ensure that php5-gd is installed, otherwise it will just display a blank page instead of the authenticator image."
After installation, I got a QR.
But authorization does not work - when you try to enter the code - it says that it is incorrect.
