How to secure a Russian mobile number abroad: for a long time and with a large volume of calls?

Dear community, help solve this problem:
A person moves to live in Poland. You need to have a mobile number +7, with full functionality, incoming-outgoing, sms.
Call volumes are quite large, 50-100 minutes outgoing per day and slightly less incoming. All this is 100% for Russia, mobile / stationary about half, mobile a little more.
The first thing I looked at was Zadarma, the functionality is more than satisfactory, but the price tag is not very encouraging, according to my requirements, the corporation tariff comes out, and this is 3200ru.
Is it possible to organize cheaper?
I understand telephony in so far as, but my hands are generally from the right place.
Thanks in advance.

Since no one has suggested a solution, here is a
VOIP GSM gateway, for example Yeastar TG100W, you put a SIP client on your mobile phone, connect to Yeastar and call through this GSM gateway using a SIP client. (In Xiaomi phones, maybe not in all, the SIP client is built into the firmware)
Problems and cons:
If you need to receive calls on a landline phone, then you buy a SIP phone and also connect it to the gateway.
If I remember correctly, then several SIP clients can be connected to this gateway.
You can also study the offer of Mango-telecom, they are like a large VOIP operator for free.
