Countering flood (DDoS) attacks on phone numbers?

Quite often I see questions on Habré (and on other resources too) on how to counter telephone DDoSy (attacks in which a significant number of calls from different numbers are received on the victim’s phone number, which makes it impossible to use telephone communication from the attacked number).
I wanted to clarify with the respected habra community whether a service to protect against such a phenomenon will be in demand, are you ready to use such a service, what, in your opinion, should be its price?
Also, please indicate, if you don't mind, the country in which you are interested in such services.
I think that it’s not worth creating a habratopic for this, so I’m creating it in “questions and answers”.

At the moment, I personally am not interested in such a service, but I would immediately go to the note and bookmark it.
RF. Paying by the hour will be the best option, kmk, the price is depending on the level of attack.

1. Well, many will remember, but they will use it only when the problem appears personally with them. And now there are few of them.
2. I think that it is cheaper and easier for many private traders to change their number than to pay at least a little more money. But for companies - yes, it can be profitable. Offhand, from $1,000 per month.
3. Private traders will demand more spam sms filtering service. Moreover, it is a service, and not just a program. For $30 a month - many will give. At $5 a month, there will be a blockage in general.
And most importantly, the peak demand will be in the next 2-3 years.

Thank you, then we will not spend resources to work in this direction in the near future, since there are still a lot of other projects.
