How to search npmjs.com correctly?

Of course, there is a search on the npmjs.com site , but it sucks.
There is no way to sort the results by key parameters: number of downloads, number of dependent packages, number of stars. Without this, you can use it only for the sake of entertainment and curiosity. Suddenly something interesting will show :)
Maybe there is some kind of service that allows you to find what you want in a huge number of libraries, frameworks and tools?
Do not offer a GitHub search, I already use it, so far this is the only salvation. At the same time, strictly speaking, not everything that is in npm is hosted on Github.

Unfortunately, only Google, in semi-manual mode, select something, well, lists:
https://github.com/vndmtrx/awesome-nodejs
https://github.com/sindresorhus/awesome-nodejs
nodeframework.com
