How to search for orders for PSD layout on Russian/foreign freelance exchanges?

Hello, I often heard on YouTube that layout is in demand now and they pay well for it. But the problem is that when I go to freelance sites, both Russian and foreign, in the HTML-layout tab, I find everything except the PSD-based layout (Well, it exists, but extremely rarely). The question is: Where on the freelance exchanges of Russian, foreign (what to write in the search, what categories to choose) to look for the layout to be only from the PSD template (I don’t consider Fl.ru). And is it generally in demand? Let's say where on this very UpWork to look for layout from PSD, Weblancer?

Hello, I often heard on YouTube

It is precisely these people who boast that they "do not watch TV", while happily hawking nonsense from bloggers. I once heard on YouTube that the Earth is flat, and everyone who is against it is ball-lovers and fools.
On the topic - yes, it is in demand, but the speaker above has already written everything off - competition and dumping will not allow you to earn more than 10,000 rubles a month with a full working day on anything, and not just on PSD.

Outside of Russia, in principle, there is no such thing as a "typesetter".
This is usually done by the front-ender, who, among other things, should be good at JS and preferably be friends with css / js frameworks. These people are in high demand and make good money.
In your case, you need to look for psd2html tasks. They are. But this is a very narrow niche with low prices and high dumping.
