How to scroll on a tablet over a frame with a video?

I upload videos from youtube to a frame. When you open a page from a tablet, the video covers almost the entire space and you need to somehow scroll to a description that does not fit into the screen. The problem is that on the tablet I scrolled across the screen in place of the video does not work.
