How to scan a book?

Hello.
You need to scan the book. Please advise a scanning utility with the following functionality:

• Calculation for books: so that you do not have to crawl back and forth among a bunch of dialog boxes in the spirit of "Do you really want to ...", close and open them, and then also combine many images into a single file
  
• framing
  
• Spread section: there are two pages on the scan at once, so you will need to cut the image into two parts; I would like not to resort to the help of a third-party raster editor
