Where can I legally purchase literature on programming in Russian in ePub format?
Have not found! This is a big omission of Russian publishing houses!

It seems to me that you want a lot from our publishing houses. :)
Russian publishers who officially sell their books in PDF - one, two, and counted. And you want in ePub, and even in Russian. In five years it will be available, I think.

The only place where there is at least something remotely resembling computer literature in Russian is http://www.imobilco.ru/books/ . Everything else is in English in Kindle :)

Someone publishes Intuit, but after downloading a couple of books, I was, to put it mildly, disappointed with the quality, and even stopped following.
I recommend taking care of learning English, life will become much easier.

I also used to grieve over the lack of epubs in Russian. The exit was found imperceptibly. Started using google play books on android devices. Firstly, it is convenient to take notes (mark unfamiliar words in order to learn later, for example, through lingualeo). Secondly, unfamiliar words or even sentences can be translated by the built-in translator. Well, the books that were not in the epub format, I converted through caliber. True, the quality is not always at its best when converting from pdf to epub, but tolerably.
I understand that the question is old. But maybe someone will come in handy.
