How to save yourself from lack of grounding?

I'm flying to Asia for a long time, as far as I know there is no grounding, I'm afraid for my MacBook, they say the surge protector does not save if there is no grounding. Please tell me if there is any device that will insure against interruptions and other moments, or is there nothing like this except for a surge protector?

some nonsense, I’ve been living in Asia for three years and nothing, before that I lived in Russia for 26 years where they didn’t hear about grounding and also nothing.
I look at my Asian socket and there is a grounding hole for euro sockets,
but how do you live in Russia then? under constant fear?
