How to save XML file in ASCII?

I'm creating an RSS feed for my podcast in SublimeText notebook. Almost all podcast platforms have accepted it without problems and proofread it. The W3C validator didn't find a critical issue either.

There was a problem with TuneIn. When adding my feed, they got an error:

Failed to import podcast - Errors:English title must be in ASCII

I did not find a solution to this problem on the net. Maybe I didn't search correctly. I will be grateful for help. Thank you.

I compared my feed with the feeds already posted on TuneIn and found no difference. Here is a link to my feed: https://feeds.podcasting.center/podtime.xml

PS. The choice fell on SublimeText because NotePad++ is only for PC.
