Good day to all.
How can I save Windows 10 installed on a USB HDD?
The fact is that when you turn off the computer with Windows 10 installed (installed on a USB HDD), the system turns off normally, but when you turn it on, the first launch screen appears and then after going to the desktop, an error appears loading the system desktop settings file.
How can I save Windows 10 after shutdown or will I have to use Hibernation and Sleep?

A little information.
The assembly of Windows 10 is original from Microsoft. The same goes for the pirated build.
USB-HDD working, time-tested. Fast. I think the problem is not in it.
When the computer is restarted, after this error, there is also information that an incorrect username and password may have been entered. An interesting detail - internet / wi-fi / lan does not work. (unable to connect icon)
