How to save video stream from C4S camera to server?

Hey!
I got a camera for outdoor video surveillance EZVIZ C4S, for the sake of experiment, in the future, maybe I will install monitoring of a greenhouse (garden). Picked up an old PIV computer as a server and installed Ubuntu Server. I think how and where to start to save the entire video stream on this server?
