How to save PDF in good quality?

I save the image in pdf format in Photoshop, when I open the file, the image becomes somehow blurry, but I would like better quality!

You need to look in the compression section of the Photoshop PDF settings dialog box. There you need to change the resolution: higher resolution - better quality, as well as the compression level (if you remove the compression, the picture will remain in its original quality at a given resolution).
