How to save part of a page in PDF?

It has a certain block, I select it, RMB - print, I get a PDF of a certain structure with the selected information.

How can you implement this (get exactly the same PDF file as in the attached screenshots) in Python without using libraries like pysimplegui (in general, so that there is no imitation of user actions with opening a browser, etc.)?
