How to save layer comps in Photoshop to PDF format compatible with Acrobat 4.0?

There is a printable PSD layout with about 200 compositions. I need to get 200 PDFs with Acrobat 4.0 support
"Save as..." option is not available because it takes a very long time -- save, rename, change composition, save...
The "Export layer comps" option is not suitable because there is no Acrobat 4.0 support
I tried to reduce the PDF version from 1.4 (5.0) to 1.3 (4.0) through optimization, but pictures are also compressed. This does not fit.
In general, I'm interested in some kind of Photoshop plugin that can save each composition in 1.3 (4.0) and assign a name without my participation. Or how to reduce the PDF version for all 200 files at once without loss.
