Is that what layers are called in Photoshop?

Now I name the layers in Ps for a better definition of what-where-how. Initially, I named the links in the future as "li", but this is not correct, as I understand it, do I need it as "href" or as "a"? I need to show that, say "About Us" is a link to a page like this

You must name the layers in such a way that they are understandable not only to the layout designer, but also to the designer, who may work with your source code in the future, or to the manager who needs to pull something out. in progress. It is not necessary to name the layers in accordance with the HTML + CSS classes, if you need to explain something specifically, you can leave a comment in the layout.
The name of the layers is not the most important thing that you need to consider when developing a design, so you don’t need to suffer from fanaticism, it’s enough to have a convenient group structure that will be convenient to work with. In fact, no one will read the names of the layers.
Three rules:
1. The order of the layers - we remove all unnecessary
2. The name of the groups - to understand what belongs to what.
3. If possible, the name of the layers, but not all and without unnecessary fanaticism.
