I don’t know why some programs stopped responding, it comes in and immediately knocks out an error, and now not a single program starts at all. Tried to check for viruses, native antivirus does not scan and avast could not install. Is it possible to remove the virus somehow differently without reinstalling Windows? Now all the icons have decreased and the text about the icons has disappeared

To save files, you need to use a bootable cd-dvd-flash drive or pull out the disk and connect it to another computer.
