How to save dashboards in grafana?

Good afternoon. There is a problem, I installed prometheus c grafana via rancher. After rebooting the pod with grafana, all installed dasboards crash. Where are the names of the dashboards so that I can add them to the template?

/var/lib/grafana - perhaps you should throw this directory of the grafana pod to the host or to the data container. It stores all user data, configs, dashboards, etc. This data should not be lost when upgrading a pod. But I'm not sure if I understood the question correctly.
