Which time tracker should I use in JIRA?

We have been looking for options for a month, all uncomfortable. Plz, tell us who uses what, share tips!
You need to:
- start the timer when the task is in a certain column (in progress)
- manually change the elapsed time
- ! view the sprint time dashboard. You need to see it like this: developer Vasya, total sprint time 40 hours, tasks set for 38 hours, 15 hours spent.
