How to save a project in Figma to open in Sketch?

Good afternoon. The client sent a .sketch file for editing. I have Windows so there is no sketch. I open the sketch file in figma and edit it. Is there a way to save back to the sketch? If just renaming the file type from .fig to .sketch would that help?

There is no such method yet, as far as I know, they are already working on it.
