Online conversion takes a lot of time.
Because the layouts weigh 50-100MB.
Are there any Desktop solutions?

The easiest way I found:
Export psd to adobe XD (there is a built-in ability), and from there copy the SVG of all elements and paste into Figma - with this method, all text layers turn into a vector, they will have to be rewritten by yourself, but it speeds up a lot transfer process.
