How to convert video from h.264 to readable format?

Good day. Recently installed Dahua DH-SD29204T-GN cameras. It records video in h.264 format. On the off site I downloaded a fresh converter to avi. But it often crashes for no apparent reason, regardless of the number, size, and duration of the video. I tried to use a third-party converter - they do not see the audio track. Also VLC player does not notice it.
After spending several days installing various converters and codecs, I did not come to any result. Tell me, what program can batch convert recordings from a video camera with sound?

I beg your pardon comrades. I understand why it doesn't convert. It's just that these are recordings from another camera from another company, made through the utility from the Dahua camera. To the camera itself and the program, all claims are withdrawn.

What do you want to convert video for? Use the regular player. Or when exporting video, select avi if available.
