Screen broadcast (and preferably sound from a microphone) to a group of users, not skype, linux, urgently?

Help me please! In a couple of hours, you will need to broadcast video and sound to a group of people.
It would be possible oovoo but it is only for Windows, which is not at hand in principle!
I have a channel of 5 megabits, I need to broadcast video 1380x768 to a group of users (5-6). It is important that the text is visible normally. It’s also desirable to have audio in the same place so as not to run a dozen programs (it’s also desirable to accept the opportunity, but it doesn’t matter at all) :)
Any options, even a messenger like Skype, or some kind of ready-made server to raise on the machine with which I will do everything and broadcast everything via http with access by IP address :)
Or what site (I saw one, I don’t remember, for organizing training, Java applet was included there so that the rest could access the video from my screen, can you tell me if anyone knows?
