How to save a file in windows 10 so that it does not redirect the save to the system drive?

If uac is enabled, then a user with administrator rights does not have these rights, only the built-in administrator account has them. For example, the explorer can issue a request to perform actions from the administrator and raise their rights, the browser does not know how.
