How to Russify the forum on IPS?

I want to purchase a license for IPB and, possibly, for a few more applications from IPS.
And as far as I understand, they do not offer options for product localization.
Question - how to Russify the forum? Do it on your own or use someone else's products?
And will the original support be preserved in this case?
PS: I asked them a question on the forum, but their feedback is not fast, but I want to solve the issue as soon as possible.

They have several localization kits in the store (it seemed to be free before), you can still buy Russification from ibresource (perhaps they are also in the store).
