How to run Windows Server 2012 on a platform that does not have hardware virtualization?

I have an ASUS motherboard. The processor does not support hardware rendering (no functionality). If you install WIndows Server 2012 R2 directly on the hardware - it is installed, no questions asked, BUT! Can't find driver for network card. Is that possible ? I tried all versions of OS (from XP to Win 8) of different varieties - it does not fit ...

Is it possible to run 2012 without hardware visualization?

Why do I need it? To study at home, in your free time, when you want, in practice, deploying a server, raising hell, and so on. I'm not going to buy iron for this case. To say that the license is more expensive than the poorest hardware with Hyper-V is also not necessary to say. I understand it all.

a) wmWare can also use software virtualization
b) D-LINK DGE-560T/B1C costs ~400 rubles/$14, it is guaranteed to have a driver for WinSvr2012.
c) take the driver for Win7 x64 and install it.
