How to run Windows 32 bit on VirtulBox?

The problem is that the following error appears on startup:

Googling I found out that this error occurs when installing Windows 8 due to a conflict related to the NX-bit, but I already have Windows 8 installed. I would like to know what to do?

Type this into the command line: "%programfiles%\oracle\virtualbox\vboxmanage.exe" setextradata "VirtualMachineName" VBoxInternal/CPUM/CMPXCHG16B 1
