How to run WebGL animation from fbx format?

There is a project in 3dmax, and I export an object from it in the fbx format, the object was displayed in the browser, everything is ok and even the animation worked, but it just costs action.play() and, accordingly, it is endless.
In the animation from 3dmax, 3 actions were done in sequence. Roughly speaking, this is a car.
1st action: open the door
2nd action close the door
3rd action open the roof
Now this is one timeline and repeats without stopping.
How to call 3 actions when clicking on Button 1, and 1 action when clicking on Button 2?
