How to run VPS on Windows if it is encrypted?

There is a VPS on Windows. As usual, I encrypted it, as I always do. For the first time in my practice, it so happened that a glitch occurred on the server and the systems restarted for many, just like mine. Naturally, when restarting, you must enter the password for the encrypted disk, but this is impossible because I do not know how to connect to a system that has not even started. Support takes a very long time to answer. Sometimes once a day. This is the last time I contact this office. Are there any ideas to solve this issue?

That's right:
in normal data centers it is possible to get ip kvm to the machine, control via rdp / vnc with screen viewing already starting from the BIOS. True, access to this function can also be through support.
The remaining options are how to assemble a machine through a keyhole, complex tedious and strange:
Data centers may offer to install a custom iso as a boot media, in this case you can prepare some system on the iso, where some remote control server will already be configured and from it will already work with its own disk, most likely there will be an option to decrypt or run it in your virtual machine (although it may not work, not all vm can be cascaded into each other)
you can also almost certainly create a disk in the control panel, upload the default installation of a new OS to it, install the encrypted disk as a second one, decrypt it, or whatever you need to do with it ...

In the hosting control panel, look at the KVM or VNC remote control ... if it is a VPS, then there should be such a function for anyone.
But what, virtual machines have never rebooted before?)
