Black screen with a lower dash when trying to install Windows. What to do?

I tried to install windows 8.1 64x 32x from a flash drive, as a result, a black screen with "_" . Installed Windows 7 32x and still would like to upgrade to a newer version. Resetting bios and reinstalling didn't help. The problem is not in the PSU and not in the RAM. Motherboard M4N68T LE V2
