How to run VNC in Linux right after boot?

CentOS 6.7, TDE (Trinity Desktop, fork of KDE 3). The question is - how can you get remote access to the graphical shell (you don't need to tell anything about ssh, there is ssh) immediately after rebooting the computer? If you start a session locally, then you can connect to it remotely. How can I do "like in Windows" (C) - if the computer rebooted - on the login screen, if you started the session, then you can come and continue it locally?
More specifically, the computer is located remotely. It now has tdm running on its screen (similar to kdm). How can I remotely get this session, enter a login-password, start working, and so that when I disconnect, nothing stops? vnc is not running there, but through ssh I can do everything that can be done through ssh :)
