How to download the entire JRE distribution in debian?

Good afternoon.
You need an older version of JRE on the server (Glassfish5 stopped working correctly).
I do the following - wget download.oracle.com/otn-pub/java/jdk/8u151-b12/e75...
Only 5 kilobytes are downloaded, so the archive is not unpacked. I want to understand how to properly download distributions using wget.

Register on java.com and download from the version archive
