Why is the linux GUI not working on Windows?
I was trying to run Kali Linux GUI on Windows using WSL.
For this I used kali-win-kex.
But when I enter the kex command, the following error is displayed:
I entered both kex kill and kex stop, nothing helps.
How to fix it?

Where are you running kex from?
Kali Linux
In my opinion, the Linux GUI under WSL2 works so far only through xrdp. Those. You can connect to a Linux desktop using a Windows RDP client. Instructions for setting this up are easy to google. But what I saw was in relation to Ubuntu. In theory, with Kali it should be + - the same.
Do not worry, install tightserver on Linux with a graph interface, and you will have a life, work as it turns out with Windows.
