How to run two openVPN connections on Windows?

Good afternoon.
There is one client and two servers (10.8.0.X and 10.9.0.X). Everything is on Windows. The task is to connect the client to both servers at the same time.
Do I need to install OpenVPN twice in different paths?

Another tap-adapter must be installed.
One connection through tap adapter 1, another connection through tap adapter 2.
