How to redirect traffic from OpenVPN server to Tor?
Good afternoon.
Recently, my operator has completely gone crazy, and I decided to get myself a backup option. In general, the idea is this:
There is an almost idle Debian server on the local network. We raise OpenVPN on it, and we drive all the traffic received from clients through SOCKS to Tor. But here's the problem. There is nothing like this in the manuals. Yes, and there is nothing on the Internet on the topic. I feel that I need to dig somewhere in the direction of iptables, but there is not enough experience. Any ideas?
Ps I want to note two things right away:
1. The idea of buying a VPS / VPN from someone is not an option, because. it is unlikely to be needed often. And it’s worth it - it doesn’t touch anyone ...
2. The option "Forget about OpenVPN and just put some http proxy (such as privoxy)" is also not an option, because It would be desirable to use all this business and from the outside of a local area network. And to leave such things with ports outside - I do not rub.
Thank you in advance.
