How to run the program as a normal user?

Hello!
I installed windiws server 2012 r2 the other day. I also deployed ACTIVE DIRECTORY on the server and created users. Connecting to the server as a normal user, I can not run aida 64 which I installed from under the administrator. How to launch applications for normal users who connect via rdp and are in a domain?

On the domain controller, launch the group policy management snap
-in Create or proceed to editing a group policy
In group policy, go to: Computer Configuration -> Windows Settings -> Security Settings -> System Services
Find the desired software and configure access to it
