An interesting problem. "Access permission denied, contact your network administrator"?

Hello. I ran into an interesting problem.
There is a network folder - My_Folder. This folder contains several subfolders.
If I go to My_Folder using the DNS name of the server (fileSrv\My_Folder\), then I do not have rights for some subfolders (not all). It gives an error - "Permission to access is missing, contact your network administrator." In this case, all rights are.
If I go by IP (192.168.10.10\\My_Folder\), then everything works correctly.
What could it be?

Local access rights and network access are different for you! They are set up in different places...
