How to add a Java application to the FireWall exception?

Good afternoon!
Tell me how to add a rule that will allow jp2launcher.exe connection?
I know how to add the rule itself as simply specifying %ProgramFiles% (x86)\Java\jre1.8.0_171\bin\jp2launcher.exe and that's it.
And what to do is jre1.8.0_171 will be called differently? Let 's say jre1.8.0_161 , the policy won't work because the path will be wrong.
Is it possible to get around this somehow and make the policy make a rule for all jp2launcher.exe in the Java folder?
