How to run Skype as a service?

Hello! Comrades, tell me, is it possible to run Skype as a service, log in and, say, send messages using Skype4com?
I have already screwed the skype4com component itself and send messages. But this requires running a client application...
And I want the service to hang in the background with its own separate account and not interfere with anyone...
Thank you in advance.

It used to be possible to use SkypeKit: https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA12322/what-is-s... , but it's no longer supported (you can't register). Do not use the broken version that is circulating on the Internet - you can get a permanent IP ban.
Now you can only invent your own bikes. You can, for example, raise a virtual machine, on it Skype + Skype4com + your own transport for communication. I did this using WCF. But keep in mind that Skype4com itself is a rather capricious thing.
And it's impossible to do it simply and out of the box.

You can send messages without Skype at all, for example, through the outlook web face.
